
To reach the exciting flower bluffs | first had to cross a rockslide.
There were a number of these amazing spiderwebs.
The spider is a little smaller than a quarter and it makes a very strong web.
First it must string a horizontal rope from one high rock to another, then it hangs the web from this upper rope.
If I inadvertently walk into the rope, I can always feel the tension before it breaks.
The nearer bluffs are dry and the plants reflect this.
