
I knew the weather was not going to last so I headed further up the valley without delay.

The red in this picture is Apine Blueberry.
It was covered with fruit.

This is near the top of the creek.

Just above here is the top lake.
My destination was the snow-irrigated bluffs where I had hunted for rock alpines on 12th July.
(They are just off the picture to the right.)They were absolutely stunning.
